I don’t believe I ended up as a top executive because I'm especially different. I think it was positivity, meeting different people and taking different opportunities. I wanted and believed that things could be better for myself and now I share that power with others through public speaking.

What problem does it solve?

If you have a happy workforce feelings of discontent goes down, sickness rates go down, people are more effective and more committed to what they are doing. Understanding positive psychology and its approaches to management can help create this happy workforce.

How does it work?

In any public speaking engagement, I focus on the theory of positivity created productivity. Talks usually include positive psychology and the different schools of thought that come under that umbrella.

How does it help?

Speaking about these things in public offers another route to talk about positivity and the ways we can all achieve it as a team, organisation or as individuals.
